About Audrée

Audrée has always been involved in sports and physical activity, dance being the main one. She practiced dance for 20 years and in 2016 she completed a college diploma in Contemporary Dance at Cégep Saint-Laurent in Montreal. In 2014 she obtained her first personal training certification through CanFit Pro. She worked in several different gyms in the Montreal area throughout the years, always prioritizing functional movement and strength & conditioning.

Through these various experiences, she learned about the profression of Athletic Therapist. She realized that this profession would allow her to take her clients all the way from A through Z. Whether it’s prescribing individualized training programs, assessing an injury on the field or rehabilitating post injury through different modalities and manual therapy techniques.

She went on to complete her B.Sc of Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in 2021 with the Dave H. Jones Award and scholarship as well as figuring on the Dean's list. Since graduating, she has also completed a 500hrs of Swedish Massage Certification in  2022 and the Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator certification from the NSCA in 2024. Her experience varies from working with collegiate and university level sports such as Football, Basketball, Hockey and Rugby, to working in private clinical settings with olympic athletes and special forces military members.

Aside from Athletic Therapy, Audrée has been a Reservist Medical Assistant with the Canadian Armed Forces since 2018. She is also the creator of A.T.H.E.N.A., a VAC(Veterans Affairs Canada) funded program for retired veteran women which offers personalized and free training plans and coaching to these retired service members.
